Group Wants Drinking Water Protected by Constitution
Ljubljana, 1 July - The proponents of constitutional changes that aim to enshrine the right to drinking water in the Constitution have warned that water could face the same fate as oil, which brought on many wars, while profits went to a handful of people. They said that drinking water was a vital right and that it was becoming also a strategic commodity.
