State Changes Articles of NLB, Fails to Appoint Replacement for Arhar
Ljubljana, 1 July - The state, as the sole owner of Slovenia's biggest bank NLB, adopted at the bank's rescheduled AGM on Tuesday changes to the articles of association aimed at facilitating bank governance. The owner however did not appoint a replacement for France Arhar on the NLB's supervisory board.
