Miro Cerar, from Sideline to Centre of Slovenian Politics

Ljubljana, 13 July - Miro Cerar, 50, has emerged the winner of the early general election just a month after he established his own party and looks set to get a shot at putting together the new government. Long close to the sidelines of politics, the constitutional jurist will now take an active role in public life.
