Supreme Court Rejects Patria Recusal Requests by Prosecution

Ljubljana, 23 July - Supreme Court vice president Nina Betetto has rejected both recusal requests by the prosecution in the Patria corruption case after rejecting a similar request by the defence of former Prime Minister Janez Janša, who is challenging at the Supreme Court a guilty verdict that sent him to prison for two years.
