Ljubljana, 25 July - The daily Delo comments on Friday on the sanctions planned by the EU against Russia. The bloc is seriously pondering very strict measures that would affect Russia's and their own economies. Russia could respond with sanctions against the EU, launching a spiral of sanctions and triggering an all-out economic war.
