Ljubljana, 11 August - A limit on social security contributions, which would benefit mostly highly skilled workers, has emerged as the hottest topic in the ongoing coalition talks, pitting the unions against business groups. Economist Jože P. Damijan thinks contributions should indeed be curbed to improve competitiveness.
