Ljubljana, 13 August - The latest draft coalition agreement that the Party of Miro Cerar (SMC) sent to prospective partners late on Tuesday no longer mentions a limit on social security contributions, heretofore the most contentious issue. It does, however, still talk about "managed privatisation".
