Kranjska Gora, 16 August - A civil initiative in Kranjska Gora has set in motion an initiative to call a referendum on whether the South Stream gas pipeline, a mega energy project to transport Russian gas to Western Europe, should run through the municipality as planned by the Slovenian government.
