Judges Reject Motion for Recusal of President in Patria Review
Ljubljana, 27 August - Supreme Court judges turned down a motion by the defence of ex-PM Janez Janša for the recusal of the court's president, Branko Masleša, from the review of the Patria conviction, in which Janša was given a two-year prison term for accepting the promise of a bribe.
