Ljubljana, 28 August - PM-elect Miro Cerar called up European Commission president-elect Jean-Claude Juncker on Thursday to debate the appointment of commissioners. Cerar, who still does not have full primeministerial powers, expressed support for two of the three candidates Slovenia has sent to Brussels.
