Janša Says Rejection of Masleša's Recusal Expected, Sad

Ljubljana, 28 August - Ex-PM and the head of the Democrats (SDS) Janez Janša said on Thursday that the rejection by Supreme Court judges of the motion for the recusal of the court's president, Branko Masleša, from the review of Janša's Patria conviction was expected considering the "miserable state of the judiciary".
