Ex-FM Rupel Offended by Western Balkans Conference

Ljubljana, 1 September - Slovenia's long-time Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, backed by several other prominent individuals, has written a letter to PM-elect Miro Cerar, expressing indignation over last week's EU-sponsored conference on the Western Balkans categorising Slovenia as a "guest" rather than a "host" country.
