Protest over Bypass as Bled Strategic Forum Kicks Off

Bled, 1 September - Some 100 protesters took to the streets in Bled as Slovenia's number one foreign policy event, the Bled Strategic Forum, kicked off on Monday. Supported by the mayors of Bled and Bohinj, they urged the state to secure the money to buy land and continue other activities to build a bypass on the southern outskirts of the lakeside town.
