Ljubljana, 4 September - Two months after the snap election, PM-elect Miro Cerar still has not formed a new government, while the outgoing PM Alenka Bratušek has clearly been secured the post of an EU commissioner, Demokracija's Metod Berlec comments in "For Free Slovenia!", marking the weekly's eighteenth anniversary.
