Court Overturns Fine to Journalist Over Offensive Commentary on Janković

Ljubljana, 4 September - The Ljubljana Higher Court overturned on Thursday the 2013 District Court's decision to fine Delo's journalist Borut Tavčar for making a reference to Josef Fritzl, the Austrian who fathered seven children with his own daughter in the home basement, in comparison to Ljubljana mayor Zoran Janković.
