Delo Says Europe Not Ready for the Global Game

Ljubljana, 6 September - The Ukraine crisis has revealed that Europe is divided, too slow and without any concept of a common foreign policy, the daily Delo says in Saturday's commentary, adding that the EU is not even by accident an equal player on the global scale.
