Večer Calls Putin Chess Master

Maribor, 8 September - Russians are known to be chess masters, but in these days Russian President Vladimir Putin seems to have outdone even the brightest chess geniuses with his political permutations and combinations in relation to Ukraine, the daily Večer says on Monday.
