Ljubljana, 12 September - The new government started to take shape this week as PM-elect Miro Cerar unveiled his cabinet, a 16-strong team of mostly political novices. However, the cabinet-building was overshadowed by acrimony over the nomination of outgoing PM Alenka Bratušek for EU commissioner, which did not dissuade Jean-Claude Juncker from giving her a senior post.
