Supreme Court Senate to Take up Janša Appeal in October

Ljubljana, 9 September - The appeal of Democrats (SDS) head Janez Janša against a two-year prison sentence in the Patria bribery case will be submitted to a panel of Supreme Court judges in early October, according to a letter from rapporteur judge Vesna Žalik to Janša's lawyer Franci Matoz.
