BAMC to Acquire Assets of Probanka, Factor Banka

Ljubljana, 10 September - The Bank Asset Management Company (BAMC) has reached an agreement with Probanka and Factor banka, two small private banks undergoing a supervised winding-down, under which it will take over the assets of some of the banks' debtors for a total of EUR 38.8m.
