Thousands Turn up to Celebrate Primorsko Reunification
Izola, 13 September - An estimated 7,000 people turned up for a ceremony Saturday celebrating the reunification of the westernmost Primorsko region with the homeland under the Paris Peace Treaty in 1947. Top Slovenian officials attended the event, which was organised by the Izola municipality and the local association of WWII veterans.
