Rudi Bučar Wins His Second Slovenska popevka Song Contest
Ljubljana, 14 September - The up and coming singer/songwriter Rudi Bučar won his second Slovenska popevka song contest on Saturday evening with his ballad "Ti" (You) as the traditional chanson and pop festival returned to its former glory by taking place in Ljubljana's Križanke open air theatre.
