Večer Says State Neglecting Water Management

Ljubljana, 15 September - The latest floods have shown that water management in the country is still too ineffective, the daily Večer says in Monday's commentary. Instead of improving infrastructure in places where it is the most vulnerable, we are cherishing ideologies, feeding political and business disputes and fragmenting interests.
