Report: Kranj District Court Judge Fired

Ljubljana, 16 September - Judge Nevenka Hafner, who was working at the criminal department of the Kranj District Court, has been stripped of her duties after being found unfit for the job, the daily Dnevnik reported on Tuesday. Dismissal of judges is rare but possible under 2009 legislation.
