Floods Caused EUR 13M Damage in South-east Slovenia
Kostanjevica na Krki/Šentjernej, 18 September - Preliminary estimates put the damage caused by the last weekend's flooding and consequent landslides in the south-eastern regions of Dolenjsko, Bela krajina and Posavje at more than EUR 13m. The hardest hit areas are the towns of Kostanjevica and Šentjernej on the river Krka.
