Slovenia Preparing Action Plan to Repay LB Savers
Ljubljana, 29 September - The government is preparing an action plan to implement the ruling of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of Yugoslav-era foreign currency deposits which orders a scheme to repay deposit-holders at the defunct LB bank in Sarajevo. Slovenia has less than four months to adopt the plan.
