Cerar Feels Operations Against IS Would Need UN Security Council Approval

Maribor, 27 September - Echoing the view of President Borut Pahor, Prime Minister Miro Cerar has told the daily Večer that the attacks against the radical Islamic State would absolutely require a mandate from the UN Security Council.
