Brussels, 9 October - Slovenia's former Prime Minister Alenka Bratušek is still a commissioner-designate, the situation remains unchanged, a spokesperson for Jean-Claude Juncker, the president-designate of the European Commission, said in Brussels on Thursday after Bratušek was rejected by the European Parliament committees.
