German President Offers Help to Slovenia in Economic Transition

Ljubljana, 25 November - Reaffirmation of "exemplary" ties was in the focus of the first visit by a German president to Slovenia in 12 years, as Borut Pahor welcomed his counterpart Joachim Gauck in Ljubljana on Tuesday. Gauck said Germany could help Slovenia in its economic transition with experience and advice, but said the country does not want to dictate reforms.
