Dnevnik: Black Mark against Zagreb, Slap for Sarajevo

Ljubljana, 16 May - Unusually unanimous and unexpectedly firm were the 15 EU nations in showing Zagreb and Sarajevo who is who in Europe and consequently in its southeast. In the case of Zagreb they decided for what they have never done before - they suspended Croatia's admission to the Council of Europe until "better times", while in the case of Sarajevo, that is Mostar, they ignored completely remarks by Bosnian authorities to the conditions for the announced elections in Mostar, the daily Dnevnik writes on Thursday.
