Slovene Companies Granted Actual Access to Yugoslav Markets

The Parliament endorsed with a 38-2 vote the bill on amendments to the law on implementing UN resolutions which define sanctions against the Republic of Serbia, the Republic of Montenegro and the Serb-contolled parts of Bosnia-Herzegovina. Following an interim release of goods exchange between Slovenia and the Federative Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY) late last year, the Parliament now enabled payment traffic to be conducted for import-export deals between the countries.
