Ombudsman Promised Tackling of Court and Welfare Appeals Backlog
Ljubljana, 23 December - Labour, Family and Social Affairs Minister Anja Kopač Mrak promised to Human Rights Ombudsman Vlasta Nussdorfer on Tuesday tackling backlog in appeals procedures and better family legislation. Overcrowded prisons and court backlogs were meanwhile among issues discussed with Justice Minister Goran Klemenčič.
