Several Conditions Crucial for Success of New Tam's Companies

Following the formal takeover of Maribor's car maker TAM by the Development Fund, the latter now prepared a restructuring program. Rather then a costly rehabilitation, the Fund opted for a whole new approach, establishing 13 new companies, while in the coming days it is to sing lease contracts with the Tam management and several of the newly established companies. Until the bankruptcy of Tam, most of the workers will get temporary jobs in the new companies, while April wages are to be paid out by end-May from the sale of Tam Zagreb. These are the highlights of the Tuesday news conference by the Development Fund, where the Fund's activities following the last Tam's assembly where presented by the Development Fund Director Valter Nemec and Head of Tam's board of directors Milan Cerar.
