Probe Fails to Confirm Euthanasia, Doctor to Be Sacked

Ljubljana, 15 January - An internal probe into a suspected case of euthanasia at Slovenia's largest hospital failed to conclusively confirm that a doctor at the neurology ward was responsible for the death of a terminally-ill patient due to lack of material evidence. However, the probe report deems this likely and proceedings have been launched to fire the doctor.
