Doha, 23 January - Slovenia wrapped up the preliminary round play at the World Handball Championship in Doha on Friday with a 26:30 (10:14) loss to reigning world champions Spain. Slovenia had already qualified for the round of 16, but is still awaiting their opponent in the elimination round.
