W Balkans in Focus as French Rep Visits Slovenia

Ljubljana, 2 February - The situation in the Western Balkans dominated talks as Alain Richard, France's former defence minister who now serves as the French foreign minister's representative for economic ties with the Balkans, met Slovenia's top officials on Monday during what is his third visit to the country.
