Second Round of Talks about Succession to Former Yugoslavia Starts in Ljubljana
Ljubljana, 27 May - "I am still investigating into the problems all successors to former Yugoslavia are facing. We have had useful talks in Brussels, while today in Ljubljana a second round of investigation has started. I hope I will be able to understand the issue better after that. No resolutions will be adopted after the talks in Ljubljana", said international negotiator for legal succession to former Yugoslavia Sir Arthur Watts after the talks with Slovene negotiators in Ljubljana Monday.
