Top Court Turns Down Stay Requests by Two Patria Defendants

Ljubljana, 24 February - The Constitutional Court announced Tuesday it had turned down the requests for a stay of the sentences of two defendants in the Patria corruption case. Ivan Črnkovič and Tone Krkovič will remain in jail pending a final ruling in their petitions to have their convictions overturned.
