A Symposium on Investments to Economies in Transition Starts at Bled
Bled, 3 June - BLED/SYMPOSIUM/INVESTMENTS
A two-day symposium on promoting and inhibiting factors for direct foreign investments to economies in transition started at Bled, northwestern Sloven, Monday, organized by the OECD investments counselling group in cooperation with the Slovene Office for Economic Promotion and Foreign Investments. The sixth symposium by the same group, it is primarily aimed at exchanging experience in investment policies of reformist countries. It is attended by representatives of over 30 reformist countries from central and eastern Europe, OECD members and other international organizations along with a number of Slovene and foreign investments, with Croatia and Germany taking part for the first time.
