MPs Vote to Ban Gay Marriage Referendum
Ljubljana, 26 March - The National Assembly confirmed in a 53 to 21 vote a bill Thursday that bans a referendum on legislative changes enacting gay marriage on grounds that it would violate a constitutional provision which prohibits popular votes on human rights.
