Legislation Poor, Supreme Court Head Says
Ljubljana, 4 April - Supreme Court president Branko Masleša has criticised Slovenian legislation as rushed and poorly conceived, unsystematic, and fragmented. "This creates a jungle that is totally opaque. In terms of the functioning of courts, this is undesired," he told Saturday's edition of Dnevnik.
