CEFTA's General Committee Content with Economic Cooperation
Bratislava, 6 June - CEFTA/MEETING/BRATISLAVA
With a rapidly increasing volume of trade between CEFTA (Central European Free Trade Agreement) members, strengthened economic cooperation between the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia was also recorded in the first months of this year as well, CEFTA's General Committee found at its assembly Wednesday and Thursday. Ministers for foreign economic relations from CEFTA member states also agreed that economic cooperation is primarily encouraged by efforts for liberalization of trading and intensified removal of customs barriers. The Slovene delegation to the meeting was led by Minister of Economic Relations and Development Janko Deželak.
