Arts Market Picking Up after Crisis

Ljubljana, 23 April - Battered by the financial and economic crisis, the Slovenian arts market has begun to pick up. This is in part owning to foreign buyers and also as works by great masters are increasingly seen as potential investments.

A painting by Rihard Jakopič (1869-1943), an Impressionist painter who gave name to the annual national prize for outstanding achievements in art.
