Ljubljana, 24 April - A proposal by the opposition Democrats (SDS) to enable parliament access to confidential data at nationalised state banks failed to receive sufficient support at first reading in the National Assembly, as opponents pointed out that changes securing effective prosecution of dodgy deals have already been adopted.
