New Judge to Determine Statute of Limitations in Patria Case

Ljubljana, 24 April - After the Constitutional Court overturned the guilty verdicts in the Patria case and ordered a retrial, when the case will become statute-barred has become the focus of attention. Court officials said Friday this would be decided by the new judge assigned to the case at the Ljubljana Local Court.
