Supreme Court Head Says Resignation Would Send Wrong Message

Ljubljana, 25 April - Supreme Court President Branko Masleša has rejected calls by supporters of Democrat (SDS) leader Janez Janša that judges involved in the Patria corruption trial should step down now that the Constitutional Court has overturned the guilty verdicts against Janša and two co-defendants.
