Ex NKBM Management Facing Damage Payments
Maribor, 6 May - A Maribor court has decided in a preliminary ruling that a damages lawsuit against the former management of NKBM bank led by Matjaž Kovačič, one of several filed by the bank, is founded, Delo reported on Wednesday. The amount of the damage payments is to be determined in the final ruling, Kovačič's lawyer confirmed.
