Analyst Says Ties between Politics and Crime Source of Macedonia Violence

Ljubljana, 11 May - A representative of a Balkan think-tank in Ljubljana has said the violence in the northern Macedonian city of Kumanovo is related to the ties between political and criminal outfits. Head of the International Institute for Middle East and Balkan Studies (IFIMES) Zijad Bećirović said the outfits perform favours for each other.
