Locals Oppose Modern Rail Link with Italy
Sežana, 19 May - The Infrastructure Ministry's plans to build a modern railway section connecting the Italian city of Trieste with the Slovenian town of Divača might fall to pieces, as the project was flatly rejected by locals from Sežana on Tuesday. They fear it would harm the natural beauty of the Karst region.
