Govt Making Welfare Off Limits for Banks Enforcing Debt

Ljubljana, 21 May - The government adopted on Thursday changes to legislation on enforcement and insurance which prohibit enforcement of payments that would leave the debtor with less than the minimum wage and prevent banks from charging administrative costs when processing debt enforcement for the socially vulnerable.
